I’m Emek, the manager, with 10+ years of NYC fine dining experience, including Michelin-starred restaurants. I handle service most days, but I’m looking for one strong teammate to help during Thu–Sun dinner shifts.
The Job:
Your role is to support the captain of service and keep everything running smoothly. Tasks include:
Serving guests & taking orders
Bussing tables & running food
Running drinks & pouring wine
Answering phones & sending deliveries
Helping wherever needed to ensure top-level hospitality
You:
Fluent in English
Love service & making people happy
Great communicator (with kids & adults)
Respectful of all people, all backgrounds
Able to multitask & handle physical service tasks
Zero tolerance for drinking, vaping, smoking, or getting high on shift
